Our clients didn’t hate the light green base, but were not at all enamored with the dark green accents
The light green we covered witha nuetral beige and used a darker brown for the accents.
The previous tenants had … ecclectic taste
I”m not exactly sure what theme they were going for here.
Note to D-I-Y’ers: painting the middle of the wall doesn’t look cool – it looks unfinished
It’s a long way to the top…
Repainting the ceilings
A cozy family room to gather ’round the fire.
Check out this half-million-dollar executive rental we recently transformed in Parker!
The owners bought this home specifically for an executive rental, but weren’t enamored with the purple bedroon, lime-green bathroom, the half-painted master suite or the faux-painted dining room and accents so they called the HappyPainters to the rescue.
The previous occupants had some… interesting ideas about design and color, but the HappyPainters were able to make everything beautiful once more.

We had an interesting development during this project: Originally, the owners were undecided about leaving the dining room faux as an accent and didn’t decide to repaint it until all the walls in the living room and entry were already done. Since we needed to paint the ceiling to match the rest of the house before that, we decided to mask the dining room walls all the way to the floors. So here’s what we did:
Everything we don’t want to paint is covered.
We taped the wall plastic to the floor plastic to avoid it blowing up during spraying.
Spraying the ceiling with no worries to the original wall paint.
